Q&A - Delivery
Way 1 – FOB (Free on broad)
That means goods will be handed-over to client's forwarder and all the local fee come up by the port, transportation and document will be settled, then original B/L and invoice/packing list will be sent to client.
Our FOB terms are usually FOB SZ (China).
Way 2 – Ex-work with express delivery
Goods will be handed-over to express in our factory and delivered to client. There are slightly different ways according to circumstances:
- sending via client's express - pickup appointment will be made by clients, inform us the pickup date and time, then goods will be prepared by that; or
- sending via our express - express fee will be settled in advance, pickup will be arranged and waybill number will be advised; or
- S.F. express - only for Taiwan or Hong Kong customers.
Way 3 – Ex-work with VAT invoice
Suitable for client who needs goods sent directly from our factory to their offices or shops in China, VAT 17% invoice will be issued to the client. Goods can be pickup in our factory, or we cam arrange express delivery to the destination.
Way 4 – CIF (Cash, insurance and freight)
All the responsibilities will be handled by us until the goods arrive to the port of destination.
In some cases, CIF terms can be provided.
Way 5 - DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Goods will be delivered directly to your door (with or without import tax is prepared). Duty Unpaid: import tax will be paid by client themselves when goods arrive the destination port. Duty Paid: somtimes, import tax can be paid by us, just depends on the case.
Packing and shipment - delivery packing and carton
For the cartons, client can send us your own shipping marks and side marks to print on the carton, and if not, BiGi marks will be printed. Besides, export standard carton will be used to ensure that goods are protected.
Photos of packaging and cartons will be sent to client for approval before delivery. |
